Privacy Policy

B1 Modeling (B1 Media LLC, UAE) is the controller of the personal data collected through b1modeling.com. We process data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, for people in Serbia and the EU, the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and the GDPR.

What we collect

• Model applicants and members: name, e-mail, phone, city, date of birth / age, measurements, hair and eye colour, languages, photos and videos, social media accounts, and for under-18s the parent or guardian’s name and phone.
• Clients: name, company, e-mail, phone and the details of your booking or casting request.
• Website visitors: technical data such as IP address, browser and pages visited, through cookies (see the Cookie Policy).

Why we use it

• To review applications, build and display model profiles, and put talent forward for castings and bookings (contract / your request).
• To answer enquiries, send quotes and manage bookings (contract / legitimate interest).
• To bill memberships and keep accounting records (legal obligation).
• To protect minors, prevent fraud and keep the website secure (legitimate interest / legal obligation).
• To send news about castings or our services, only if you agree — you can unsubscribe at any time (consent).

What is public and what is private

Approved profiles show your first name, board, city, age range, measurements, hair and eye colour and selected photos. Your phone number, e-mail, social media accounts and guardian details are never shown publicly — only our team can see them.

Who we share data with

We share talent profiles with clients who are considering a booking, and we use trusted service providers (website hosting, e-mail, payment providers). Some providers may be located outside the UAE or Serbia; when that happens we use appropriate safeguards. We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Active profiles are kept while your membership or account is active. If you close your account we delete or anonymise your profile within 90 days, except data we must keep for accounting or legal reasons (usually up to 5 years). Enquiries from clients are kept for up to 3 years.

Children

We only accept profiles of under-18s that are created or approved by a parent or legal guardian. Guardians can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete their child’s data.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Write to office@b1-media.com. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the UAE Data Office, or in Serbia to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

Security

We use SSL encryption, restricted team access and regular backups. No system is 100% secure, so please use a strong password for your account.
