The rules for using b1modeling.com, model memberships and bookings.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the website b1modeling.com and to all services of B1 Modeling, a brand of B1 Media LLC, United Arab Emirates (“B1 Modeling”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, creating a model account or booking talent through us, you accept these Terms.

1. Who we are

B1 Modeling is a model and talent agency serving brands, productions and events in the UAE (Dubai and Abu Dhabi), with partner operations in Serbia. Contact: office@b1-media.com, +971 50 392 1401.

2. Model accounts

  • You must provide true, complete and up-to-date information and photos of yourself only.
  • Applicants under 18 may only register with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must provide their name and phone number and who accepts these Terms on the child’s behalf.
  • Every new account and every profile update is reviewed by our team. We may approve, decline, edit or remove any profile at our discretion, without having to give a reason.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been misused.
  • Your Instagram and other social accounts, phone number and guardian details are visible only to the B1 Modeling team and are never shown publicly.

3. Membership packages and fees

  • Model memberships (Starter, Pro, Elite) are billed monthly in UAE Dirhams (AED), starting from AED 250 per month. Current prices are shown on the Become a Model page.
  • A membership gives you representation on our website and access to castings that match your profile. Membership is not a guarantee of bookings or income. Clients choose talent, and complete, professional profiles are booked more often.
  • Fees are payable in advance. You can cancel at any time by e-mail; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where UAE law requires otherwise.
  • Included photoshoots (e.g. the 1-hour studio photoshoot in the Elite package) must be scheduled with our team and are subject to studio availability. Missed sessions without 24 hours’ notice may not be rescheduled.
  • We may change package prices or contents with 30 days’ notice by e-mail.

4. Bookings for clients

  • A booking is confirmed only once B1 Modeling sends written confirmation (e-mail or signed quote) with date, time, usage rights and fee.
  • Unless agreed otherwise in writing, clients pay B1 Modeling and B1 Modeling pays the talent. Clients may not contact or book our talent directly for 12 months after an introduction or casting.
  • Cancellations by the client less than 48 hours before the job are charged 50% of the agreed fee; less than 24 hours, 100%.
  • Image usage (media, territory, period) is limited to what is stated in the confirmation. Additional usage must be agreed and paid separately.
  • Clients must provide a safe, respectful working environment. Minors are always accompanied by a parent, guardian or approved chaperone.

5. Your photos and content

You keep ownership of the photos and videos you upload. You confirm that you have the right to use them, and you grant B1 Modeling a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display them on our website, social media and in client presentations for as long as your profile is active, and to resize or crop them for display. Images taken at photoshoots organised by B1 Media may be used by B1 Media for its own portfolio and promotion.

6. Acceptable use

You may not upload nude, offensive or misleading content, impersonate another person, copy talent images from the website, scrape the directory, or use the website for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, B1 Modeling is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost bookings, or for the acts of clients or talent. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

8. Privacy

How we use personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts. For services provided in Serbia, mandatory consumer rights under Serbian law remain unaffected.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
